Composition of Supervisory Board members Claude CARRERE : President of the Supervisory Board Mr Carrere has been actively involved in all stages of the French audiovisual sector. His career can be summarised as follows: President of a multimedia group comprising :
- The disc industry. CARRERE Music, the premier independent French company known for its ability to create successes, with a turnover of 300 million francs and a market share of 12.5%, prestigious artists (Claude François, Dalida, Sheila, Sacha Distel, Boney M., La Compagnie Créole, Gérard Lenorman, Adamo, Pierre Perret, etc.), most of France’s and Europe’s independent producers, famous catalogues ("Fantasy" Premier Jazz Catalogue), international film scores (Amadeus, La Boum, etc.).
- Magazine shows (Hit Magazine, Podium, 30 Millions d'Amis, Girls, etc.).
- Literary publishing (turnover 100 million francs).
- Video (average turnover 90 million francs).
- Leader in entertainment programmes for several years: "Avis de Recherche", "Intervilles", "La Roue de la Fortune", "Tous à la Une", "Succès Fous", "La Une est à Vous", etc.
All these activities were sold for a high profit. In 1991, Claude Carrere sold his company CARRERE MUSIC to Time Warner Music and became its Vice President. Foreseeing the potential of television production when the networks were privatised, he created CARRERE GROUP, which quickly became the leader in prime time programmes and one of France’s biggest television production companies. Carrere Group is now a diversified audiovisual group. For information, Claude Carrer has set up during his career :

Graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Finance from Bentley (Boston, USA) and holder of a MS in Corporate Finance and Fiscal Optimization from ESCP-EAP (Paris, France), Romain Carrere started his career with international working experiences in the world of finance at GE Capital in London, Crédit Suisse in Boston, and Merrill Lynch in Paris. Member of the Supervisory Board of Carrere Group since 2001, Romain Carrere becomes Director of Development in 2003 and actively takes part in an acquisition process of more than 15 companies, the launch of a television channel and a multi-million euro investment on post-production studios.
Bernard LOZE : Member of the Supervisory Board
Founder and President of Lozé & Associés (financial investment consultancy specialising in alternative management established in 1991) and Alternative Leaders (alternative fund management and distribution company accredited by the CSSF in July 2001). Also Chairman of the Supervisory Board and founder of Alternative Leaders France. 35 years’ experience in the financial sector, including 20 years in alternative management, Vice President then Senior Vice President at E.F. Hutton and Shearson Lehman Hutton Europe, 1985-1990, Consultant at Worms Bank in 1969, accredited by the SEC & the NASD since 1987, Director of 20 alternative funds and management companies. Michel AYOT : Member of the Supervisory Board With his experience in takeover and creation of hotel establishments, Michel Ayot joined Olivetti International in the 1970s and became its Director of Branches. He subsequently founded ANTARES France, a subsidiary of Olivetti. From 1982 to 1997, he founded a company specialising in underwater works and marine transport, TRASOMA. Dominique ORECCHIONI : President of the Management Board She began her career in the 1970s as a chartered accountant. She was employed by the accounting firm SODIP as manager of audit operations for British and American companies. She subsequently worked for an American broker, whose main subsidiaries are based in Geneva, Luxembourg and Paris. In 1986 she joined Carrere Group as Financial Director. Axel CARRERE : Member of the Management Board and Managing Director of Carrere Group Droits Audiovisuels A graduate of the Centre d'Etudes Supérieur du Management International and of the American University in Paris. He began his career in the marketing department of Warner Home Video in London in 1994. He joined Carrere Group in 1995 as manager of the legal and funding departments, followed by production and international sales. He is in charge of global distribution.
